Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated or the product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed after the seller or merchant listed on the Platform verifies the issue.
Product Not as Described
If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related issues.
Refund Policy
Once a refund request is approved by Naavi Agro Foods, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
