Welcome to IVAAN! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of all the products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

IVAAN is engaged in the sale of its products for consumer use in India and other parts of the world, in compliance with applicable food safety laws including FSSAI regulations.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under supervision of a legal guardian
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law

3. Products & Description

  • Our products consist of dehydrated fruits/vegetables and dry fruits etc.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Natural variations in color, size, texture, taste, and weight may occur
  • We do not add fresh moisture after dehydration

4. Food Safety, Storage & Usage

Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery.

Storage Guidelines:

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Keep away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight
  • Reseal the pack tightly after opening and consume the products within the timelines mentioned on the pack.

We shall not be responsible for spoilage, quality degradation, or contamination caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

5. Ingredients & Allergens

  • Each product page lists ingredients and applicable allergen information
  • Products may be processed in facilities that handle nuts, seeds, or other allergens

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should review ingredient details carefully and are advised to consult a doctor before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are inclusive of GST
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

Payments must be completed through approved payment gateways before order dispatch.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Return policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products,Opened and/or consumed products are not eligible for return unless the following conditions are met:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The item must have original packaging
    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Supporting photos/videos are provided.

You would appreciate and agree that there may be a certain category of products/items that are exempted from returns. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange/return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned/exchanged product. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return/exchange) will be processed within 10 days.

 10. Refunds & cancellation

This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product that you have purchased through our Platforms. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been initiated for the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. What happens with the money??
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please follow the “Return” policies.
  • Approval of refunds or replacements is at our sole discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, packaging designs, and product descriptions — is the property of IVAAN and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
